Smoked salmon on tortilla chips. Interesting. I knew the salmon could have used some salt.

Hmm, though. Chip-to-salmon ratio is too low. Maybe if I did closed-face sandwiches instead of open-faced? Or just used smaller pieces of salmon?

"Black Raspberry Lemonade" plus milk.

The milk cuts the over-syrupyness of the lemonade a bit, but the ratio could use tweaking (1:1 is not ideal).

UPDATE: Works better with soy milk (not as curdledy tasting), about 1 part soy milk to 4 or 5 parts juice.
